The Service Centre at the Brucknerhaus Linz is open to customers from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 18:00. In July and August the opening hours are limited to 10:00 to 13:00. We will be happy to take time for you on site, but you can also reach us by phone at +43 732 77 52 30 during these times to place your order. Please send written orders by e-mail to kassa@liva.linz.at.
Tickets can be ordered online around the clock via our website brucknerhaus.at or in our online ticket shop. Choose your preferred seats directly in the seating plan and save time and shipping costs by using print@home. Of course, we will also be happy to send you your purchased tickets by post. We charge € 1.45 for domestic shipments and € 2.18 for shipments abroad.

Remaining tickets are available at the box office. The box office opens one hour before the start of each event at the respective venue.

For your safety we urge you to purchase tickets for events at the Brucknerhaus Linz only from official advance booking offices!
Tickets can be reserved for one week from the date of order or sent to you by bank transfer, instant bank transfer, PayPal or credit card payment. If you pay by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice including a payment slip. We request payment upon receipt of the invoice within 14 days without deduction, otherwise we will unfortunately be forced to cancel the reservation (please make the transfer only after receipt of the invoice!). The tickets will be sent to you after receipt of payment, if time permits.
Ticket reservations can only be made by telephone or e-mail. Reserved tickets must be collected within one week. Reservations are no longer possible on the day of the event. If tickets are deposited for collection at the box office, they must be collected no later than half an hour before the start of the event. Reserved tickets not collected will be charged.
We accept the following payment methods: Cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express), ATM card and LIVA and Linz City vouchers (only valid for LIVA's own events). For online purchases you can pay by credit card, Pay-Pal or via Sofortüberweisung.
We will gladly send you your tickets! For postal delivery we charge € 1.45 for domestic and € 2.18 for international shipments (as of 2022, rates subject to change). If dispatch is not (or no longer) possible due to time constraints, tickets will be deposited at the box office.
No discount is available for guest events, standing room, catered events, children's and youth events, special concerts and concerts selected by the management. Discounts and reductions cannot be combined. Only one discount option can be used per purchase.
The Brucknerhaus Linz offers a wide range of subscriptions in various genres. Our subscriptions offer a reduction of up to 40% on the price of individual tickets. Vouchers for events at the Brucknerhaus Linz are available online and at our Service Centre. Using print@home, you can print out the vouchers directly at home and give them as gifts. Our vouchers can be redeemed for all LIVA events, but not for guest events.
CANCELLED EVENTS
Tickets for cancelled LIVA events can be returned to the respective advance booking offices for a refund of the ticket price. If you purchased your tickets at the Service Centre in the Brucknerhaus or in our online ticket shop, please return them by post or email. Please send your tickets or a photo of them as well as your contact details and bank details to Brucknerhaus Linz, Untere Donaulände 7, 4010 Linz or by e-mail to kassa@liva.linz.at.
Please return tickets purchased via oeticket to the relevant point of sale!
GUEST EVENTS
Please contact the respective advance booking office or the organiser of the vent for information regarding ticket returns. You will find the organiser information in the detailed view of the respective event.
Filming and photography are only permitted with the written permission of the Brucknerhaus Linz. Dates, programme and cast are subject to change, as are printing and typesetting errors.
Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged, returned or credited, especially if the event has already taken place. No compensation can be made for tickets that are not used or only partially used or for lost tickets. Cancellation of the contractual relationship is only possible within the framework of the legal requirements. Please note that people arriving late can only be admitted during the breaks.
